How do you launch a new campaign from a legacy church located in Los Angeles?
You establish a trackable goal with constantly new creative that we can test on digital platforms. But first we needed to identify a new look & feel that would grab the attention from their desired target audience. It was my honor and privilege to work along side Julian Low and Philip Wagner on their new roll out of their Oasis Cares campaign.
Define the problem:
How do we make the on boarding process personal? How can we encapsulate our companies standards and create a place for constructive input? All while maintaining the supervisors effeciency?
Solution:
On boarding team members could be daunting. Try being the biggest workforhire organization out there. Through tactical design and integrated systems we were able to streamline this process. Getting the new hire ready from 0-100 within a matter of minutes and all through the comfort of their phone.
Together, with a team we designed, built, and launched ADP's first ever in-house platform specifically created to cater to the needs of the new employee.

With years of leadership under his belt he was keen on developing and launching an online course that would help thousands of people in the addiction industry. Define the problem:
Summer season is a busy time for all major airlines. How do you build trust with a market that is already saturated with deals and promotions? While at the same time providing the trips of a lifetime on a Millennial budget?
Solution:
We created a custom strategy as well as a system to train the in house team at Delta. Through Instagram marketing "the millennials preferred means of communication" we were able to target conversions. Brand enhancement technologies and strategy were used in creating this process that is easy to duplicate time and time again.

Define the problem: Uber for coffee delivery? The wife loves coffee and the husband loves surfing. Where do they meet in the middle?
Solution: Bestcoast Coffee Roasters is birthed. With beach side delivery ordered from the custom built APP. Surfers walk out of the water to a special delivered coffee made just for them. We created a company that is the perfect blend of action sports and technology.
Only a few things can be shared from this year long project. This was designed, built, and sold in 2016.

Define the problem: How do we effectively spend our advertising budget? Is there a way we can create a look book thats never been done before? As well as a creative way to track the buyers interests?
Solution: Create an interactive look book. Integrating tech and fashion into one cohesive space, we were able to deliver a look book that not only displays the companies values in streetwear, but also lends itself to the most updated ways to track data, Which in turn helps the production team to better identify the seasons deliverables.
